Construction Update

The electrical engineer completed electrical drawings, and the contractor submitted them to Arapahoe County for review. Pending approval of the drawings and receipt of a building permit, the contractor expects to install the shade pavilion at the end of March. Staff submitted the required documents for Xcel to complete the design of a new electrical meter in the park. Installation of the meter is anticipated at the end of May.
