Construction Update

The building permit was received for the san-o-let enclosure and installation is complete. The original design consultant failed to provide stamped electrical drawings needed to obtain the electrical permit for the shade pavilion. Staff hired an electrical engineer to provide the stamped drawings, and design work will be completed in December. It is anticipated that permits will be received in February with installation occurring in March.
