Challenges with Concrete and Completion Date

Unfortunately the contractor had some issues with their concrete subcontractors performance in August and the subcontractor failed to complete the concrete work. This has delayed the project by about 6 weeks. The issues have been rectified, a new concrete subcontractor is doing fantastic work and will be completing all the concrete work by September 26. Asphalt paving is set to begin on September 25 and will be completed early the following week. We anticipate the new parking lots to be open for use by the public no later than October 10.
