Project Update

After meeting with the City of Littleton and Mile High Flood District to work through floodplain concerns in the park, we determined that the best way to deliver park improvements is by breaking the project into phases. Staff is moving forward with the City of Littleton approval process for Phase 1, which includes the playground, shade structure, site furnishings, nature play boulders, and two pedestrian connections to Powers Avenue.
