Reynolds Landing Update and Mary Carter Greenway Detour

The first phase of redevelopment of Reynolds Landing is underway. The overall goal of the project is to provide a place to gather, play and explore the waters of the South Platte River.

After four years of coordination between Mile High Flood District, the City of Littleton, South Suburban, Arapahoe County, Army Corps of Engineers, and Colorado Water Conservation Board, plans have been approved and construction has begun. The full project is anticipated to continue through Spring 2027.

A detour of the Mary Carter Greenway will be in place throughout construction.

The project is designed by Merrick & Company and DHM Design, while the construction is led by Naranjo Civil Constructors. Funding for this project includes Arapahoe County, Great Outdoors Colorado, Mile High Flood District, South Suburban, City of Littleton, Colorado Water Conservation Board, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, and a private donor.
