Ridgeview Park Redevelopment – Project Update

South Suburban staff continues to work closely with the City of Littleton to coordinate the Rangeview Gulch Study, which provides long-term recommendations for integrating Ridgeview Park with the adjacent creek. This collaboration helps ensure that future redevelopment efforts align with ecological objectives while strengthening community connectivity and access within the park.

Concurrently, South Suburban staff is partnering with the study consultants to evaluate interim improvements to the park pond. These short-term enhancements are intended to improve the pond’s overall functionality while establishing a strong foundation for more comprehensive, long-term upgrades as redevelopment progresses.

This month, geotechnical investigations are scheduled to begin. This work will provide critical subsurface information and will help inform feasible and effective interim pond improvements, ensuring that near-term solutions are technically sound and supportive of the broader redevelopment vision.
