West Spring Creek Downstream of E Phillips Ave is a channel stabilization project located within the Foxridge neighborhood. The goal of the project is to create a more stable and resilient channel that meets the needs of residents, Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (SEMSWA), South Suburban Parks and Recreation, and project stakeholders.

The project will address deteriorating retaining walls and channel instability and improve maintenance, access, safety, and ecological function.
