Construction Drawing Update

Staff have received comments back from the City on the 100% construction drawings set. The consultant is revising the plans, and we anticipate approval from the City in June. Staff anticipate going out to bid for this project in July for an award of contract by the Board in September. Construction is still anticipated to begin in late Fall 2026.
