Construction Update

Staff rejected all bids and will resubmit the 404 permit under the new 2026 Nationwide Permit system. Staff plans to rebid the project once the new 404 permit is issued, with construction anticipated to begin at the end of October and conclude in May 2027 with the project being completed in one phase.
