Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel Improvements

The Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel Improvements encompass several new additions to the facility. The new facility entrance will improve ADA access and provide additional lighted overhead coverage, which will reduce maintenance and the impact of snow and other weather on the ease of entering or exiting the building. Upgraded gutters will increase drainage capacity and reduce ice buildup in the winter. The improvements to the parking lot will provide better drainage. Repairs to the hotel balconies will provide an update in style while extending the structure’s lifespan. Renovations to six hotel bathrooms will bring them up to date and improve the quality of hotel amenities.
