Construction Document Update

Due to the amount of impervious surface proposed in the park design, a rain garden is necessary to treat runoff from the parking lot and playground footprint. SEMSWA is currently reviewing the rain garden design. If approved, the design team will advance construction drawings for formal submittal to the City of Centennial. We are targeting design being completed in November, with construction scheduled for 2026. An exact timeframe for construction has not been determined yet.
