Construction Drawing Update

The design team completed an extensive drainage study of Slaughterhouse Gulch to evaluate whether sufficient capacity exists to convey runoff from the proposed park improvements through the existing stormwater infrastructure. The City and SEMSWA are currently reviewing the study findings. If the proposed drainage approach is approved, the design team will proceed with submitting 50% construction drawings to the City for review.
