Construction Update

Xcel energized the service to the site, Comcast received final approvals to complete the delivery of fiber, and water taps were installed. The landscaper is installing irrigation and plantings. All remaining concrete elements are being poured and fencing is underway. Substantial completion is delayed to November 23 due to late delivery of utilities, required detention pond modifications, and redesign of the east vehicle access for unknown underground utilities.
