Construction Update

South Suburban and Highlands Ranch Metro District staff attended punch walks to inspect the restroom buildings, site features, concrete, court surfacing, and lighting. The contractor is repairing identified defects. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations are complete and functioning correctly. The target date for substantial completion is postponed and dependent upon approval of plans to address the recently discovered communication line and two electrical lines at the east entrance.
