Construction Update

South Suburban and Highlands Ranch Metro District staff attended a final punch walk punch walk on December 18. The contractor is installing final signage, irrigation, and guard rails while addressing all remaining defects. Douglas County signed off on the building, electrical, and zoning permits. Substantial completion is expected by January 7, and a grand opening is tentatively scheduled for January 10, weather permitting.
