Construction Update

The contractor is working diligently to locate an existing City of Littleton storm pipe and identify an appropriate tie-in point for the new storm line. The design team is adjusting the west entry drive along S Elati St. to avoid conflicts with existing drainage infrastructure. Exterior restroom walls and the northeast retaining wall are nearly complete. Work on the remaining retaining walls continues across the site along with construction of the east entryway walk between the proposed parking lot and pickleball courts
