Construction Update

Exterior components of the restroom buildings, small shade structures, and the City of Littleton’s storm sewer pipe connection are complete. The contractor is installing interior restroom finishes and concrete flatwork throughout the site. The District obtained easements and license agreements required for approval to install off-site utilities. Staff are in communication with Xcel and Comcast regarding the installation of the necessary infrastructure to service the site.
