Construction Update

The City of Centennial approved construction drawings. Staff attended a preconstruction meeting with the City on December 16 and obtained a development permit. The contractor mobilized and demolished the playground equipment and surrounding flatwork. Completion of Phase I improvements to the playground area is anticipated for May, weather permitting.
