Planning Update

Staff reviewed first submittal comments with the design consultant in early April. Staff met with the design team and Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority in the later part of April to discuss impacts of proposed improvements on stormwater conveyance across the site. The design consultant is making the necessary changes and will submit updated construction drawings to the City for a second round of review at the end of May.
