Planning Update

Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority granted a detention variance for the increase in impervious surfaces at Puma Park. The Board awarded a construction contract to A.D. Miller Construction Services Inc. during the Board meeting on September 10. Construction in the park will begin in November and is anticipated to be completed in May 2026.
